From WISHLIST.md: delete the line "Every alert rule delivers here — see the Alerts panel to define rules." from the Ntfy sink settings section.
## Acceptance criteria
- The `<p>` containing "Every alert rule delivers here — see the Alerts panel to define rules." is removed from the Ntfy sink section in `NavMenu.tsx` (around line 387).
- No other content in that section changes.
